Anthony Oseyemi (born 17 January 1977) is a British-South African actor whose root can be traced to Nigeria. The actor has grown to be a household name thanks to his outstanding performance.

The actor was born in the United Kingdom (UK) on 17 January 1977 into a Nigerian family. Anthony grew up under the care of his parents who did not fail to expose him to his cultures.
Little wonder, he could be heard speaking Yoruba in Season 1, Episode 7 of Dead Places. Later, his family moved to South Africa. He is fluent in both English and Yoruba Languages,
His academic pursuit was in the UK, he obtained a degree in Performing Arts (BA Hons).
He was awarded the degree at the University of North London. He also had his post-graduate academic pursuit in the United Kingdom.
After he was done with his academic pursuit and studies, he returned and settled in South Africa.
Anthony Oseyemi, 44, is a renowned producer, actor, and musician. In 2006, he was chosen to host the first-ever Survivor, Africa. The TV reality competition was based on the US Survivor format.
In 2007, he was cast on Shooting Stars. He played a starring role on the e.tv drama series for three years and left in 2010.
He landed guest roles in several television shows in the UK. In 2003 and 2005, he appeared on ITV’s The Bill and BBC’s medical drama Holby City respectively.
Anthony also appeared in the 2002/03 series Is Harry On The Boat? He appeared as a guest on Coming up, a Channel 4 comedy series, in 2005. Oseyemi was featured in Season three, Episode seven entitled Viva Liberty.
In 2007, he appeared in the made-for-television movies Mein Traum von Afrika and Mein Herz. In the same year, he played a minor role in the film Flood.
In 2008, he presented the reality modeling competition Model Million$. The show first aired on SABC3 on October 1, 2008. The competition short-lived due to a lack of funds.
He landed another starring role in one episode of Mzansi Love: Ekasi Style in 2012. The episode was entitled Something’s Cooking.
Another starring role followed in the same year, he was cast as Solomon Onyegu, a Nigerian expert on things paranormal in Room 9. He played the role of the science fiction television series until 2013.
